This explains the different colors and stuff.

Lights = Pastels
Titian = Orange
Citrine = Yellow/Gold
Azure = Blue
Perse = Purple
Umber = Brown

Darks = Shades
Night = Black
Ash = Gray
Alabaster = White
Blood = Red
Jade = Green

Medium = Neutral

Hueless = Immortal

Ummm..... I still dont understand the colours. So lights can get the unusual colours purple and blue. And Darks can get Green and red (Which can also be chestnut?)

Nope. The colors are not the actual colors of the horse; They are merely the organization in which the herds are. Lights have the herd colors orange, yellow/gold, blue, purple, and brown, while darks get black, gray, white, red, and green. The coat color of your horse probably won't be reflected in which color herd they go to.
